A life built on discipline.
A legacy built by hand.
Two national Golden Gloves titles. A bodybuilding stage. A camera that never stopped rolling. Mike Rashid King has spent a lifetime turning discipline into something you can see.
The shred is only half the story. The other half is building companies, showing up for family, and living by a code. Hard work first. Then the brand.

THE ORIGIN
Born on March 14, Rashid grew up with work as the default setting. He and his sister learned self-sufficiency early: chopping wood, hiking, running hills, and swimming under their father’s watch.
Physical culture wasn’t a hobby. It was the house rule.
He took his first boxing match at 12. By his teens, the ring was the job. Years of amateur fights, sparring, and early mornings led to two national Golden Gloves titles.
In his late twenties, that same engine found bodybuilding. Then powerlifting. Then an audience. The training changed. The standard didn’t.

Faith. Family. Futuwwa.
The part a physique can’t tell you.

His mother, Dale, put the battery in his back. His father, Emanuel, also known as Manny, taught him to be strong, honest, hardworking, and gentle. The lessons lived in the house long before they reached the camera.
Rashid connects that example to futuwwa: duty, service, and noble character. Strength means something when it helps you show up for other people.
Sauna. Meditation. Prayer. Tafakkur, or deep reflection. Jummah. His faith and daily practices have become an increasingly visible part of the work.

THE NEXT GENERATION
He is a father. He trains with his son. Family stays central, while the details of his private life stay his own.
I learned to be strong mentally because of him. He’s unbreakable.
The YouTube channel began in 2011 as training tape. Over time, the conversation widened: boxing, entrepreneurship, mindset, fatherhood, and faith.
Rashid occupies a distinct space: a combat athlete who became a bodybuilder, built consumer brands, and kept talking about the man underneath it all.
